Welcome to the new 7 Moons Spa Sanctuary! The Spa Santuary is a bodywork studio and Spa in the base level of my home in downtown Charlottesville Virginia. The Spa Sanctuary was designed to relax and gently delight the senses, to provide deep restorative rest, and to facilitate healing work. It has been an honor to follow my creative vision in building this space as a container for my lifelong dedication to bodywork, and it is a pleasure to share it with my community. The Spa features a Far Infrared Sauna and a luxurious six foot Soaking Tub.

Welcome to 7MOONS! I’m Jessica, and I offer an integrative approach to pain relief and the treatment of acute and chronic tissue injuries and imbalances. Your sessions are tailored to your particular needs and preferences with deep listening, compassion and attention to detail. I weave together more than 20 years of experience both giving and receiving deep tissue massage with the energetic presence of Craniosacral therapy and Reiki energy for an effective, holistic, professional bodywork experience.
